Tank Systems

Packs of large format Infusion Spirals, five 48-inch long Spirals per Pack, can easily be inserted and removed through tank openings. Each Tank Pack, housed inside a food-grade nylon mesh, treats 1000 gallons of wine with 25%-30% new oak barrel aroma and flavor. Tanks packs can either hang from existing internal tank hooks to avoid contact with lees or simply placed into the wine from above and allowed to submerge if bottom of tank is clear. Custom-sized Packs available upon request.
